Credit and debit cards
When Lavteg offers card payment, you can pay with a credit or debit card. The payment methods available for your purchase are confirmed in your quote or proposal.
How it works
Card payments are made through an external payment processor, on a secure payment page or link that we send you in writing from support@lavteg.com or that appears on lavteg.com. Your card details are captured and processed directly by that processor: Lavteg does not receive or store your full card number or its security code.
The charge may appear on your statement under the name of our payment processor or of Lavteg, a Lavoig.net Enterprises platform.
Your security
- We will never ask you for your card details, PIN, passwords or verification codes via WhatsApp, email, social media or phone.
- Do not share your card, its security code or the codes your bank sends you with anyone, even if they claim to be part of Lavteg.
- Before you pay, check that the link came from support@lavteg.com or that you are on lavteg.com.
Declined payments and interest-free installments
Your bank may decline a payment for security reasons or because of your card's limits; in that case, contact your bank or choose another payment method. Interest-free monthly installments (meses sin intereses) apply only when they are expressly offered and with the participating banks indicated. If you pay with a card issued outside Mexico, your bank may charge fees or apply its own exchange rate.
Clarifications
If you do not recognize a charge or have a question, write to us at support@lavteg.com. This does not limit your rights with your bank.
This is a translation of the Spanish original. If they differ, the Spanish version prevails, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
